PEUGEOT PICK UP - MATCH DAY EXPERIENCE

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Peugeot Ireland ("Promoter").

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 23rd June and closes at 1pm 24th June ("Competition Period"). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Peugeot Ireland, its agencies, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must be available to attend the All-Ireland Quarter Final on Sunday 28th June 2026.
  • Entrants must be able to travel from a location within the Greater Dublin Area for collection and return transportation as part of the prize experience.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow the Peugeot Ireland social media account hosting the competition (if applicable).
  2. Comment on the competition post by tagging a Dublin GAA fan and completing the statement:

"They deserve the Peugeot Pick Up because..."

  1. Submit their entry during the Competition Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Only one entry per person will be considered unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

  • Two tickets to the All-Ireland Quarter Final on Sunday 28th June 2026.
  • 2 signed Dublin jerseys
  • Return transportation to and from the match venue in a Peugeot vehicle with a designated driver.
  • Participation in the Peugeot Pick Up Match Day Experience.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

This is a skill-based promotion.

The winner will be selected by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter based on:

  • Creativity
  • Originality
  • Relevance to the competition theme
  • Strength and authenticity of the story submitted

The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter.

If the selected winner:

  • Cannot be contacted,
  • Does not respond within 24 hours,
  • Is unavailable on the event date, or
  • Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements,

the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Filming, Photography and Publicity

The Peugeot Pick Up Match Day Experience will be photographed and filmed.

By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that the prize experience is intended for content creation and publicity purposes.

As a condition of accepting the prize:

  • The winner and their guest must be willing to participate in photography, filming and reasonable publicity activities associated with the promotion.
  • The winner and guest may be required to sign image release and consent forms before participating.
  • The winner and guest grant Peugeot Ireland and its appointed agencies the right to use their name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, video footage and recorded content in connection with the promotion.

Such content may be used across:

  • Social media channels
  • Websites
  • Digital advertising
  • Public relations activity
  • Marketing communications
  • Future promotional materials

without additional compensation.

9. Guest Requirements

The winner's guest must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over.
  • Consent to being filmed and photographed.
  • Comply with any reasonable instructions provided by the Promoter or its representatives.

If the winner's chosen guest does not consent to participation in filming or photography, the Promoter reserves the right to require the winner to nominate an alternative guest.

10. Data Protection

Personal information provided by entrants will be processed solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Peugeot Ireland's Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with appointed agencies solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and delivering the prize.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peugeot Ireland shall not be responsible for:

  • Any technical failures affecting entry.
  • Lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted entries.
  • Any injury, loss or damage suffered in connection with the competition or prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

12. Cancellation or Amendment

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and/or these Terms and Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
