After an accident, the automatic emergency call function, geolocated by a rescue centre, despatches the help you need quickly (1).
Just press your vehicle's built-in button to obtain assistance at the site of the accident or report it.
If you have a collision, your vehicle automatically makes an emergency call. You do not have to do anything. PEUGEOT Connect SOS immediately locates your vehicle, makes contact with you in your language (2) and – if necessary – requests assistance from the appropriate emergency services.
Have you witnessed or suffered an emergency situation? Just press the SOS button on the dashboard for two seconds to make immediate contact with the Peugeot Connect SOS call centre.
NB 1: * Geographical coverage pursuant to the general conditions of use of the service available from all sales outlets and subject to technological and technical constraints, in particular the availability of the telephone network. Peugeot Connect SOS is currently available in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Denmark. In other European countries, emergency calls may be made to the country's rescue services, without geolocation, using the local language.

PEUGEOT's online services are specially designed for in-car use. They are user-friendly and fully integrated, so they are very safe to use. You can stay focused on the road thanks to the vehicle's large touch-screen (7") and the specific way the selected applications have been developed.
The PEUGEOT Connect Apps have been specially designed for use on your PEUGEOT's 7" touch-screen. In each application you can, at the push of a button, begin navigating to a destination or make a telephone call.
While driving, you can use your smartphone's compatible applications* without having to touch it.
Only certified MirrorLink™ applications will work both while the car is stationary and while it is on the move.
Once the smartphone is connected to your car, the look of the applications is adapted to make them usable while driving.
Use Bluetooth® technology to link your mobile phone with your PEUGEOT. Without having to touch it, the Bluetooth® hands-free system recognises it automatically and enables you to control it using the buttons on the dashboard. Calls are then played over your PEUGEOT's audio system.

PEUGEOT's online services help keep you safe and secure, in the event of either theft or dangers on the road.
With the Tracking Pack, you can maximise the chances of recovering your vehicle after theft: once you have reported the theft, your vehicle's location is transmitted to the police.
Included in the range of PEUGEOT Connect Apps, the Coyote Series app informs you of any traffic-related events reported by the Coyote community.
The information appears directly on your PEUGEOT's 7" touch-screen. No additional hardware is required, and access to the service is included in the PEUGEOT Connect Apps subscription.
Do you use the Coyote app on your smartphone? Thanks to Mirror Screen, you can receive all the information and alerts from the Coyote service on your PEUGEOT's 7" touch-screen. Just by touching your screen, you can report congestion or a hazard. You can use your existing subscription without having to touch or check your smartphone at the wheel.
Thanks to PEUGEOT Connect services, you can drive with the complete peace of mind of knowing your vehicle's technical status and its location at all times.
In the event of an incident, PEUGEOT Connect Assistance can put you in direct contact with Peugeot's assistance platform available 24/7.
