3 Years Servicing Terms and Conditions:

  • Qualifying Vehicles 3008 and 5008 Petrol & Diesel Models only.
  • This offer is limited to Peugeot 3008 and 5008 models Passenger vehicles sourced only from Gowan Distributors Limited Ireland (Peugeot Ireland), purchased from a Main Peugeot Dealer in the Republic of Ireland. Non-eligible vehicles include, Hire Drive and Dealer Demonstrator vehicles, and Commercial vehicles.
  • The party contracting to supply the 3 Year Service Plan Pack to the customer is Peugeot Ireland. Peugeot Ireland sub-contract the provision of the service to a Main Peugeot Dealer and/or Authorised Repairer and administered by EMac Limited.
  • The Service Plan is administered by the Administrator and any claims and correspondence should be forwarded to them directly. The Administrator is EMaC Limited (Company Number 3158541) of EMaC House, Southmere Court, Electra Way, Crewe, CW1 6GU
  • The effective valid date and duration of the Contract are specified in the welcome letter. Each service must be carried out within 2 months / 3,000km of the scheduled service date as detailed in the warranty terms and conditions of your vehicle.
  • The Contract shall end automatically without any further notification from either party and without any compensation or refund being due by either Party to the other, either on the expiry of the Contract duration as specified in the welcome letter, or if the mileage on which the regular maintenance operation is exceeded. The maximum number of services that can be availed of is three.
  • The exact details of the Service Plan, including type of package, duration of cover and payment terms are detailed within your welcome letter, the terms are dictated by Gowan Distributors and maybe subject to change.
  • The Service Plan and cover commences on the date of registration of the vehicle. This offer is limited to the Republic of Ireland and available only from Peugeot Dealer Authorised Repairers within the Republic of Ireland.
  • The Service Plan attaches to the Vehicle and therefore will transfer to any subsequent owners of the Vehicle. It is not transferable to another vehicle, whether owned by you or anyone else.
  • The vehicle will require servicing every 15,000km / 12 months, it is imperative to observe the first of the two terms reached, the customer must have the service performed within two months or 3,000Kms of the scheduled service date according to manufactures Warranty Policy
  • The three annual services include the replacement of the engine oil (using Total oil 00W30 B71 2312 (C1C2), the engine oil filter, Engine draining sump plug gasket and a complimentary Vehicle Health Check as outlined in the manufacturer’s systematic maintenance operations.
  • The replacement of additional service items such as  pollen, air and fuel filters (diesel models) and spark plugs (petrol models) are included in the 2nd Service of your Peugeot Service Plan, Ad Blue and brake fluid top up and replacement are excluded from the Service Plans.
  • The Service Plan does not provide for the replacement / hire of a vehicle during repairs during repairs.
  • Repairs carried out under the service plan are subject to normal quality and workmanship guarantees.
  • Servicing must be carried out by the Selling Dealer, please contact the Administrator for details.
  • Services carried out under the Service Plan do not qualify for Peugeot Service Club.
  • You are advised to keep your welcome letter in the Vehicle, as you will be required to show this to your dealer when arranging for the Vehicle to be serviced. If anything is unclear, or if you have any questions please contact the Administrator.
  • Service Plan prices are valid from 1st July 2020 but Gowan Distributors Ltd reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
  • The 3 Year Service Plan shall not include the following tasks or services: where these items require attention, our service staff will inform you and provide you with a quotation of replacing same.
  • Wear and tear items such as the replacement of brake pads, brake discs, bulbs wiper blades, tyres or inner tubes.
  • The replacement and or regular top up of AD Blue and brake fluids between the required service schedules.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to ensure tyre pressure, oil level, water level, anti-frost protection, etc. are regularly checked and topped up/maintained as required between the required service schedules.
  • Bodywork and paintwork, upholstery, work on non-original radio equipment and accessories not originally fitted by the manufacturer, also the replacement of glass.
  • Any repairs that result from accident, theft, fire, vandalism, natural disasters, or other causes must be treated as extraneous in the context of normal use of the Vehicle.
  • Results from misuse or negligence on the part of the customer or any other user of the vehicle whether overloading, excessive speed, use of unsuitable lubricants, fuel and other products.
